Farmer Jane is a time management game. Get engaged in the farm management game and take care of granpa's farm. Story starts when Jane who lives in the city, feels tired of the fast food served in her place. Took a bite at the burger she had and blekkk....it tasted so horrible and even had extra unwanted dish inside- a worm! Ewww..gross.
So Jane decided to visit her grandfather and taste some fresh food at the farm. Off she goes....when she reached her grandpa's place, she found that the farm is not maintained and in dire need of her help. In Farmer Jane, you can play as a girl (Jane) or boy (Joe). Cool huh...
Very engaging and addicting game. Sow the cabbage/ grapes as fast as you can and deliver it to your customers. The sooner the better. Take care of the chickens well and you'll get the rewarding eggs from them. Sell the chicken eggs to customers. Also you can upgrade the wheelbarrow and change your clothes at every level after you've earned enough money. The wheelbarrow starts with just one slot for one item, but as the game goes by, you can upgrade the wheel cart to two, three, or more slots.
Take the hoe and seed from the warehouse to plant them. You'll need water to plant vegetables and fruits too. Take water from the well. Take note that as time is needed to produce enough water/ chicken feed, time management is important. Use the combos as often as you can with carting similar items in the wheelbarrow. This will earn higher combo points. As you earn more, you can upgrade your well to produce water quickly. Boy..this will save you more time waiting for the water to be ready.
Farmer Jane keeps it interesting by updating the tools of the game and injecting new challenges/stories in between levels. Keep farming throughout the seasons. The story is to keep up the good job by raking the leaves during autumn and dig the snow with shovel during winter. And for autumn, grow flowers so that you can give the wonderful surprise to your customers. You'll earn more money when you keep them happy. In winter, there's important food critic that will come to your farm. Take note on the what the critic wants and make sure it's delivered without much waiting time.
All the running around the farm definitely makes Farmer Jane an exciting and a nice game to play with. Graphic is cute and the story is delivered in comic strip lookalike.
