Mystery of Unicorn Castle

Mystery of Unicorn Castle is a very funny point and click and casual type hidden object game from Casual Games 24. The story begins when Jane Morion receives a letter that she inherits a castle. There she goes...to the castle to claim the inheritance.

However, when she's there, she found that there are others who receives the same letter too! This is a typical mystery plot that adds suspense into the story. In the Unicorn Castle, each and every person has an identity to themselves and you will play as Jane in the game.

Those that can solve a series of puzzles will be able to win the inheritance. So help Jane to get this going. You are required to play mini games- compare two same scenes and spot the differences, find hidden objects that do not belong, silhouettes of the objects, and finding a pair of objects that is the same. Before you get to find the hidden objects, you have to solve some puzzles first, like a match three and unlock a chest by turning the lock in the right way. This reminds me of The Sultans Labyrinth game as it also has the same feature.

All is not a bed of roses for this game. Some hidden items are confusing. For the mini game where you have to pick the items that do not belong, you may be mistaken as those items are really belonging to the picture. Like in the nursery scenes where you think that the toys should be there but in actual fact, they are not toys and are the items you should eliminate. Ha!

The sound effects is good and match the whole feeling of the game, which is eerie and creepy..while the graphics I should say, hmm.......is OK. Mystery of Unicorn Castle does well in the sense that the features of this hidden game has some very dark area and you have to find the match and light the candles. Voila, you can see the room better after the lights are on.

Seek and find in this castle, unfold the mystery that surrounds it. The game does not have repeatable items to search and therefore last shorter than expected. Even though Mystery of Unicorn Castle does not have a lot of replay value, it has good story, good sound and fun to play.
