Fans of the classic comedy show for Three Stooges must be feeling excited at the new game of The Three Stooges: Treasure Hunt Hijinks. This is the slapstick comedy game where Larry, Curly and Moe abuse each other- much of the punching, slapping and beating one another. Ouch ouch owww!
This is basically a hidden object game where the Three Stooges need to recover missing pieces of a treasure map, in order to solve the monetary problems for the rental of their apartment. Being stooges that you know, they are bound to mess up with everything and need your help desperately for this mission.
Two modes of play in The Three Stooges: Treasure Hunt Hijinks are provided, Relaxed and Time Frenzy. In Relaxed Mode, there’s no hurry to finish your object hunts. Time Frenzy Mode limits available time, but it’s still sufficient. The game is pretty easy to play, regardless of age for the gamers. Not a complicated game at all.
The only power-up in the game is called the “Sniffer”, which is a machine that lights green when you’re getting near some listed object. To replenish your Sniffer credits, you have to play either one of 2 Stoogies mini-games: Smack Attack that protects you from flying debris.
Overall a breeze game and sometimes repetitive a lot. However, it is still a fun game to play with all the funny antics and actions from The Three Stooges: Treasure Hunt Hijinks, in the cartoon like game.
