Dolphin Olympics 2

It is not hard to find animal games nowadays in Facebook, but to find a game that reminds me of my favorite marine mammals is not easy. The game Dolphin Olympics 2 is a freeware created by Alan Rawkins since 2007 is actually reminds me of the game Echo Dolphin by Sega years ago, minus a few extra feature of course.

Gameplay

Dolphin Olympics is a game about you playing as a dolphin and perform magnificent stunts in and out of the water. This game does not have any story line or extra stage which I can find. However, the developers were good enough to make this game a bit more lasting then a few minutes.



Once you start the game, you will be put in the middle of the ocean with small school of fished swimming around you. Your goal is to perform various stunts out of the water and beyond (yes, you can temporary shoot up like a rocket). You may not do this alone as once you start to swim and if you are close enough to any fish around you, you may actually attract their attentions and they will dance with you in the starry sky.



Game is rather easy, just accelerate and jump out of the water, while in mid-air, try your best to do your stunts and flip as much as possible. Scores will be giving for the types of stunts you perform and the school of fishes you can attract.

Once in a while you might find special magical rings under and above the water. These rings will provide your dolphin extra boost to jump out of the water and yes, shoot like a rocket up in the sky.

Graphic

Very blend really, but seemingly that this game was produce by only 1 person, do not expect too much out of it.

Sound

Aside from the ocean sound during the menu there is really not much sound I can find. If you are lucky you may actually hear your dolphin make a high pitch noise when it flips its tail on the water while seemingly walking on it.

Conclusion

Very fast and easy game to play, not much can be said unless you are a big fan of Dolphin like me.
