Emusicon Pinball

Sony Ericsson has just released Emusicon Pinball in Facebook. Today MabelGames is reviewing this classic game of the arcade. Emusicon....the word sounds like the combination of emoticon and music. It has the look of the smiley face which just consists of a face. And music? Let us see what this pinball game is about in a jiffy.

Gameplay

Playing Emusicon Pinball reminds me of childhood days where I was using the hand held small toy and move it left and right to roll the small metal balls in the toy and to avoid getting into the main hole. Ahh....down memory lane on the days when I was just tiny, tiny little kid.

This game is pretty to start with. What style are you into? Pop, Rock, R&B, Metal, Indie, Samba. Choose one from these 9 categories of Emusicon and get going with the game. I chose Rock as I thought the icon looks cool. Ha!



The game structure is very easy to play with. Just get the hang of the control keys for left and right flippers and spacebar is to launch the ball. Remember to press the space bar a bit longer to allow the ball to have the right amount of energy to launch in the pinball game.



You can see your friends' pictures displayed on the pinball screen. When you hit the bumper spins picture frames, their pictures will be showed randomly. You will also see the high scores between you and your friends at the bottom of the pinball screen.



Sound

Are the music really different between all of the styles? I actually thought they have slight difference. However the obvious difference between the styles are that the volume is different. Rock sounds a bit louder while Samba definitely sounds softer.



Conclusion

This is a very easy game and suitable for those looking for leisure games to play with. A classic game with no frill. Even though it is an easy game, it can be addicting though for those who enjoys playing pinball game. For me, this simple element keeps me playing this games several times, and down the memory lane for my childhood experience.
